This Privacy Policy explains how the Yoanna mobile application (“Yoanna”, “the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the App.
1. Privacy by design
Yoanna is designed to work primarily offline. No user account is required. The App’s operator does not use the App to collect, sell, rent or share your personal information for advertising or tracking purposes.
2. Information stored on your device
Information you enter into features such as the journal, success diary, reminders or personal contact shortcuts is intended to remain locally on your device. We do not receive or store this content on our own servers.
Your operating system or device backup service may include locally stored App data in a device backup, depending on your device and backup settings. Such backups are controlled by Apple, Google or your device provider.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details. The relevant store may provide us with limited transaction information, such as the purchased product, subscription status, country or region, and transaction identifiers, so that access to paid features can be activated and managed.
4. Device permissions
Yoanna may use device functions such as notifications, sound and vibration to provide exercises, reminders and calming features. These permissions are used only to provide the requested App functions and are not used by us to collect personal information.
5. Advertising, analytics and tracking
Yoanna does not display third-party advertising and does not use personal data for cross-app or cross-website tracking. If this changes in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the store privacy disclosures will be updated before the relevant processing begins.
6. Third-party platforms
Distribution, purchases, subscriptions, crash handling performed by the operating system, and device backups may involve Apple or Google services. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and settings.
7. Children
Yoanna is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not require an account and do not operate a server that receives journal or exercise content, we do not knowingly maintain such information about children.
8. Data retention and deletion
Because personal journal and reminder content is stored locally, you can remove it through the App where deletion controls are available, by clearing the App’s data, or by uninstalling the App. Store transaction records are retained by Apple or Google according to their own legal and operational requirements.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to design the App so that personal content remains on the device. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and the security of locally stored information also depends on your device security, passcode and backup settings.
10. Health information
Yoanna provides general self-help and wellbeing exercises. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The App does not transmit the content of your exercises or journal to us.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, legal requirements or data-handling practices change. The current version will remain available at this URL, with its effective date shown above.

1. Adatvédelemre tervezve

2. Az eszközödön tárolt információk
A naplóba, sikernaplóba, emlékeztetőkbe vagy személyes kapcsolati gyorsgombokba általad megadott információk rendeltetésük szerint helyben, a készülékeden maradnak. Ezeket a tartalmakat nem kapjuk meg, és nem tároljuk saját szerveren.
Az operációs rendszer vagy a készülék biztonsági mentési szolgáltatása a beállításaidtól függően a helyben tárolt alkalmazásadatokat is belefoglalhatja a biztonsági mentésbe. Ezeket a mentéseket az Apple, a Google vagy a készülék szolgáltatója kezeli.
3. Vásárlások és előfizetések
A vásárlásokat és előfizetéseket az Apple App Store vagy a Google Play kezeli. A teljes bankkártya- vagy bankszámlaadataidat nem kapjuk meg. 6. Külső platformok
Az alkalmazás terjesztése, a vásárlások, az előfizetések, az operációs rendszer által kezelt hibajelentések és a készülék biztonsági mentései Apple- vagy Google-szolgáltatásokat érinthetnek. Az ő adatkezelésükre saját adatvédelmi szabályaik és beállításaik vonatkoznak.
7. Gyermekek
A Yoanna nem arra szolgál, hogy tudatosan személyes adatokat gyűjtsön gyermekektől. Mivel nem kér felhasználói fiókot, és nem működtetünk olyan szervert, amely napló- vagy gyakorlatadatokat fogadna, ilyen adatokat gyermekekről sem tartunk nyilván tudatosan.
8. Adatmegőrzés és törlés

9. Biztonság
Ésszerű lépéseket teszünk annak érdekében, hogy a személyes tartalmak a készüléken maradjanak. Elektronikus tárolás esetén azonban teljes biztonság nem garantálható; a helyben tárolt adatok védelme a készülék zárolásától, jelkódjától és biztonsági mentési beállításaitól is függ.
10. Egészségügyi információk
A Yoanna általános önsegítő és jólléti gyakorlatokat kínál. Nem orvostechnikai eszköz, és nem helyettesíti az orvosi tanácsadást, diagnózist vagy kezelést. A gyakorlatok és a napló tartalmát az Alkalmazás nem továbbítja részünkre.
11. A tájékoztató módosítása
A tájékoztatót módosíthatjuk, ha az Alkalmazás, a jogszabályok vagy az adatkezelési gyakorlat változik. Az aktuális változat ezen a webcímen, a fenti hatálybalépési dátummal érhető el.

1. Datenschutzfreundliche Gestaltung
Yoanna wurde hauptsächlich für die Offline-Nutzung entwickelt. Ein Benutzerkonto ist nicht erforderlich. Der Betreiber der App erhebt, verkauft, vermietet oder teilt über die App keine personenbezogenen Daten zu Werbe- oder Trackingzwecken.
2. Auf deinem Gerät gespeicherte Informationen
Informationen, die du in das Tagebuch, Erfolgstagebuch, Erinnerungen oder persönliche Kontaktverknüpfungen eingibst, sollen lokal auf deinem Gerät verbleiben. Wir erhalten oder speichern diese Inhalte nicht auf eigenen Servern.
Je nach Geräte- und Sicherungseinstellungen kann dein Betriebssystem lokal gespeicherte App-Daten in ein Geräte-Backup aufnehmen. Solche Backups werden von Apple, Google oder deinem Geräteanbieter verwaltet.
3. Käufe und Abonnements
Käufe und Abonnements werden über den Apple App Store oder Google Play abgewickelt. Wir erhalten keine vollständigen Karten- oder Bankdaten. Der jeweilige Store kann uns begrenzte Transaktionsinformationen bereitstellen, etwa Produkt, Abonnementstatus, Land oder Region und Transaktionskennungen, damit der Zugang zu kostenpflichtigen Funktionen verwaltet werden kann.
4. Geräteberechtigungen
Yoanna kann Benachrichtigungen, Ton und Vibration für Übungen, Erinnerungen und beruhigende Funktionen verwenden. Diese Berechtigungen werden nur zur Bereitstellung der gewünschten Funktionen und nicht zur Erhebung personenbezogener Daten genutzt.
5. Werbung, Analyse und Tracking
Yoanna zeigt keine Werbung Dritter und verwendet keine personenbezogenen Daten für app- oder websiteübergreifendes Tracking. Sollte sich dies in einer späteren Version ändern, werden diese Erklärung und die Angaben in den App-Stores vor Beginn der betreffenden Verarbeitung aktualisiert.
6. Plattformen Dritter
Vertrieb, Käufe, Abonnements, vom Betriebssystem verarbeitete Absturzberichte und Geräte-Backups können Dienste von Apple oder Google einbeziehen. Für deren Datenverarbeitung gelten deren eigene Datenschutzerklärungen und Einstellungen.
7. Kinder
Yoanna ist nicht dazu bestimmt, wissentlich personenbezogene Daten von Kindern zu erheben. Da kein Konto erforderlich ist und wir keinen Server betreiben, der Tagebuch- oder Übungsinhalte empfängt, speichern wir wissentlich keine solchen Informationen über Kinder.
8. Speicherdauer und Löschung
Da persönliche Tagebuch- und Erinnerungsinhalte lokal gespeichert werden, kannst du sie über vorhandene Löschfunktionen, durch Löschen der App-Daten oder durch Deinstallation entfernen. Transaktionsdaten werden von Apple oder Google entsprechend deren rechtlichen und betrieblichen Vorgaben gespeichert.
9. Sicherheit
Wir treffen angemessene Vorkehrungen, damit persönliche Inhalte auf dem Gerät verbleiben. Keine elektronische Speicherung ist vollständig sicher; der Schutz lokal gespeicherter Informationen hängt auch von Gerätesperre, Code und Backup-Einstellungen ab.
10. Gesundheitsinformationen
Yoanna bietet allgemeine Selbsthilfe- und Wohlfühlübungen. Die App ist kein Medizinprodukt und ersetzt keine professionelle medizinische Beratung, Diagnose oder Behandlung. Inhalte deiner Übungen oder Tagebucheinträge werden nicht an uns übertragen.
11. Änderungen
Wir können diese Erklärung aktualisieren, wenn sich die App, gesetzliche Anforderungen oder die Datenverarbeitung ändern. Die aktuelle Fassung bleibt unter dieser URL mit dem oben genannten Gültigkeitsdatum verfügbar.

Esta Política de privacidad explica cómo la aplicación móvil Yoanna (“Yoanna”, “la Aplicación”, “nosotros”) trata la información cuando utilizas la Aplicación.
1. Privacidad desde el diseño
Yoanna está diseñada para funcionar principalmente sin conexión. No requiere una cuenta de usuario. El operador de la Aplicación no recopila, vende, alquila ni comparte datos personales mediante la Aplicación con fines publicitarios o de seguimiento.
2. Información almacenada en tu dispositivo
La información que introduces en el diario, diario de logros, recordatorios o accesos directos a contactos personales está destinada a permanecer localmente en tu dispositivo. No recibimos ni almacenamos ese contenido en nuestros propios servidores.
Según la configuración de tu dispositivo y de las copias de seguridad, el sistema operativo puede incluir los datos locales de la Aplicación en una copia de seguridad. Dichas copias son gestionadas por Apple, Google o el proveedor de tu dispositivo.
3. Compras y suscripciones
Las compras y suscripciones son procesadas por Apple App Store o Google Play. No recibimos los datos completos de tu tarjeta o cuenta bancaria. La tienda correspondiente puede facilitarnos información limitada de la transacción, como el producto adquirido, el estado de la suscripción, el país o región e identificadores de transacción, para gestionar el acceso a las funciones de pago.
4. Permisos del dispositivo
Yoanna puede utilizar notificaciones, sonido y vibración para ofrecer ejercicios, recordatorios y funciones calmantes. Estos permisos se usan únicamente para proporcionar las funciones solicitadas, no para recopilar datos personales.
5. Publicidad, análisis y seguimiento
Yoanna no muestra publicidad de terceros ni utiliza datos personales para el seguimiento entre aplicaciones o sitios web. Si esto cambia en una versión futura, esta Política y la información de privacidad de las tiendas se actualizarán antes de que comience dicho tratamiento.
6. Plataformas de terceros

8. Conservación y eliminación
Como el contenido personal del diario y de los recordatorios se guarda localmente, puedes eliminarlo mediante las funciones disponibles en la Aplicación, borrando los datos de la Aplicación o desinstalándola. Apple o Google conservan los registros de transacciones según sus propios requisitos legales y operativos.
9. Seguridad
Tomamos medidas razonables para diseñar la Aplicación de modo que el contenido personal permanezca en el dispositivo. Ningún método de almacenamiento electrónico es completamente seguro, y la protección de la información local también depende del bloqueo, código y configuración de copias de seguridad de tu dispositivo.
10. Información de salud
Yoanna ofrece ejercicios generales de autoayuda y bienestar. No es un producto sanitario ni sustituye el asesoramiento, diagnóstico o tratamiento médico profesional. El contenido de tus ejercicios o diario no se transmite a nosotros.
11. Cambios en esta Política
Podemos actualizar esta Política cuando cambien la Aplicación, los requisitos legales o las prácticas de tratamiento. La versión vigente permanecerá disponible en esta URL con la fecha indicada arriba.
